How to track warranty expiration and claim cutoffs
Track a warranty by recording the end date or claim cutoff from the actual warranty terms. Set an earlier preparation date to review the issue and gather the information the provider requests. DueRadar keeps the task visible, but the provider determines coverage and processes any claim.

1. Use the terms for your actual purchase
Check the warranty document or provider’s account page for the applicable dates and reporting requirements. Save a clear product name and a link to the relevant terms. A warranty end date and a deadline for reporting a problem may be different.
2. Prepare before contacting the provider
Set a preparation date to locate proof of purchase, review the instructions, and describe the issue. Choose reminders that leave time for your planned next action. Keep receipts and sensitive purchase information in your own document storage; DueRadar does not accept uploads.
3. Record what happened next
Contact the provider yourself and check its response. Mark the deadline handled when the task is complete, or create a separate follow-up date if you are waiting for a response or repair. A reminder does not extend coverage or guarantee claim acceptance.
Does DueRadar submit warranty claims?
No. You contact the retailer or warranty provider and submit the information it requires. DueRadar helps organize the dates and reminders; it does not decide coverage or file claims.
