How to set passport, license, and document expiry reminders
Set a document reminder by recording its expiry date and choosing a preparation date based on the issuing authority’s current requirements and processing guidance. DueRadar keeps the title, dates, and reminder preferences together. It does not store document scans or determine whether a document is valid for a particular purpose.

1. Check the issuing authority’s requirements
Confirm the expiry date and the official instructions for renewal. If the document is needed for travel, work, or an appointment, check any separate validity requirements with the relevant authority. Use the earliest applicable action cutoff in your plan.
2. Plan the preparation work
Choose an earlier date to review the requirements, gather supporting information, and arrange any necessary appointment. Base that lead time on current official guidance. DueRadar does not estimate processing times or provide legal or travel eligibility advice.
3. Track the task without uploading identity documents
Use a general title, such as Review passport renewal, and keep sensitive document numbers and scans outside DueRadar. When the renewal is handled, mark the item complete and add the replacement document’s next relevant date if needed.
Do I need to upload a passport or license?
No. DueRadar stores titles, dates, optional notes, and reminder preferences. Document scanning and uploads are not supported. Do not enter sensitive identity-document numbers in notes.
