What this site collects
If capture is configured and you join early access, the site stores your email address, optional use case, consent time, form version, and submission source. Feedback stores your message and any optional reply email. A configured account stores your email-based identity, time zone and notification preferences, deadline titles and dates, optional notes, action links, costs you enter, event history, and delivery status. The interactive demo stays in your browser’s local storage.
Why it is collected
Early-access details help recruit and contact pilot users. Account data organizes your deadlines and, when email delivery is enabled, schedules the reminders you request. Feedback is used to improve the product and respond when you provide an email.
Service providers and retention
Configured deployments use Supabase for authentication and database storage and Resend for reminder email. Email delivery events such as delivered, bounced, or complained are recorded so retries and suppressions work. Operator identity, contact details, region choices, and a concrete retention period must be completed before public launch. This page does not claim that an unconfigured local build processes data.
Your choices
Optional fields can be left blank. Do not put document numbers or uploaded identity documents into notes. Signed-in users can pause reminders, export account data, and permanently delete their account from Settings. An operator contact must still be published before this site is opened to the public.
